Hi, I'm Crystal Hawkins, LPC, LCADC.
I am someone who believes in the power of small changes. I know that women are often carrying big responsibilities, expectations, private pain, and pressure that others may never see. That is why my work is centered on helping women fill their cup first—not because others don't matter, but because you matter too. Filling your cup first allows you to have something to pour into others.
In my effort to make emotional wellness tools more accessible, you’ll often find self-paced resources here such as evidence-based audio courses, videos, journals, and worksheets. For those who are leaning into their faith, I also try to weave in Biblical help in a way that feels supportive, not forced. I really try to keep everything brief and doable. My hope is that these resources feel as life-giving to receive as they were for me to create.
