Hi, I'm Crystal Hawkins.
I’m a Christian, a wife, a mother, and a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Encouraging others comes naturally to me—I truly love helping people. I often find myself reminding others to care for themselves first so they can fully show up in the ways they want to for the people they love.
Fill Your Cup First was born out of love and an unstoppable desire to create. My mission is to provide resources that encourage, motivate, and build resilience.
It is my hope that you find these tools as life-giving to receive as they were for me to create.
